8. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject, you have the right to:

• Request information if your personal data have been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request correction if the personal data are processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• Request the deletion or destruction of personal data,
• Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing.

9. Application Method

You may submit your requests within the scope of KVKK:

• In writing to our company address,
• Via your e-mail address previously notified to us and registered in our system to [email protected],
• Via Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address or secure electronic signature / mobile signature.

Your requests will be finalized free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested.
